You must be at least 13 years old (or older if your country requires it) and able to agree to these terms. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Nebula Codex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and share your content on the service so we can run it (for example, showing it in feeds and on your posts). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has already been shared or we must keep it by law.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including any AI-generated output, and that it follows our Community Guidelines, which include a strict zero-NSFW rule.

• Break the Community Guidelines or any law.
• Try to access other accounts, bypass rate limits or security, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape or bulk-download the site, or use it to train AI models, without permission.
• Use the service to send spam, malware or scams.

We can remove or hide content, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or that we reasonably believe put others at risk. We try to review reports quickly but can't check every post in advance.

If you believe content on Nebula Codex infringes your copyright, use the Report button on the post or contact the site owner. Include a link to the post and proof that you own the work.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, uploaded files, comments and reactions.

Nebula Codex is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Content is posted by users and doesn't represent our views. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by others.
